We create our personalised gifts according to your requests as regards details, names, logos etc so please make sure that you are happy with the information that you enter on your order form as these are the details that we use to personalise your gifts. Placing an item in your shopping cart means that the details you enter are correct. Only items that are not unique to you can be returned unless we have engraved the wrong details on an item.

We accept payment by all major debit/credit cards. Once payment has been confirmed we will create your unique giftware, normally within 5-7 working days and we will despatch it to the address provided by you by An Post
